We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, submit project briefs, upload assets, or contact support. This includes your name, email address, company name, and any files or content you share through the platform.
Your information is used to deliver and improve our services, communicate with you about your projects, process payments, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We may share your data with trusted service providers who assist in operating our platform (hosting, analytics, payment processing). All providers are contractually bound to protect your information and use it only for the purpose for which it was disclosed.
Files and creative assets you upload remain your property. You grant Sea Island Creative a limited license to use those materials solely for the purpose of delivering your requested services. Completed deliverables transfer all applicable rights to you upon final payment.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We may use analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without affecting core functionality.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
We apply industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is completely secure; please use a strong, unique password and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@seaislandcreative.com. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
